Your inspection request — If you filled out the form and want to confirm receipt, update your contact info, or stop further outreach from matched contractors, include your reference number (starts with "RB-") in the subject line.

Data requests — To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data under CCPA, CDPA, or other state privacy laws, write "Data Request" in the subject and include the email and ZIP you submitted with.

Complaints about a matched contractor — If a contractor we matched you with acted unprofessionally, misrepresented their license/insurance, pressured you, or did poor work, please tell us. Subject: "Contractor Complaint" plus the contractor's name and the inspection date. We use these to remove bad actors from the network.

Important: RoofBeast does not perform roofing work. We cannot file an insurance claim for you, dispatch an emergency tarp crew, or honor a contractor's warranty. For active leaks or storm damage that needs same-day attention, call your contractor directly — we will help you reach them if you do not have their number.
