Who we are

RoofBeast ("we", "us") is a lead-matching service operated by RoofBeast LLC. RoofBeast is not a roofing contractor, does not employ roofing crews, and does not perform inspections or roof work. All inspections and work are performed by independent, licensed local contractors in our network.

What we do

We collect basic project details and connect you with up to four (4) pre-screened independent roofing contractors who service your ZIP code. Each contractor will contact you to schedule a free on-site inspection and provide a written estimate. Any contract, payment, scope of work, or warranty is between you and the contractor you choose — not with RoofBeast.

"Free" really is free

You do not pay RoofBeast anything to use this service. Contractors in our network pay us a referral fee only if you choose to hire them and the job closes. Comparison quotes themselves are free and there is no obligation to hire anyone.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, a US resident, and either the owner of the property in question or authorized to request inspections and quotes on the owner's behalf.

Your representations

By submitting the form you confirm that: the information you provided is accurate; the phone number and email belong to you (or you have permission to use them); and you consent to be contacted by RoofBeast and up to four matched contractors as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of price, timing, or quality

Stats and averages on the RoofBeast site (such as "Avg Saved By Comparing" or "Avg Contractor Reply") are illustrative based on aggregate network data. They are not a guarantee for your specific project. Pricing and scheduling will vary by region, project complexity, materials, and current contractor availability.

Third-party contractors

Contractors are independent businesses with their own licenses, insurance, employees, materials, warranties, and policies. We perform reasonable vetting (license verification, insurance check, review screening) at the time a contractor joins our network and on a periodic basis after. We do not supervise their work and are not responsible for their performance, the quality of materials they install, their conduct on your property, or any damages or losses arising from work they perform. Any dispute with a contractor must be resolved between you and that contractor; we will assist with documentation if you ask, but we are not a party.

Insurance claims

If you select "Storm Damage" we may route you to contractors who handle insurance adjusters frequently. RoofBeast does not negotiate with your insurance carrier on your behalf, does not file claims for you, and is not a public adjuster.

Disclaimers & liability

The RoofBeast site and service are provided "as is" without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoofBeast's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or the matching service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100).

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "last updated" date.
