What we are

RoofBeast is a lead-matching service operated by RoofBeast LLC that connects homeowners with independent, licensed local roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not perform roofing work, and we do not warrant the work performed by contractors in our network.

What we collect

When you complete the inspection-request form, we collect: your ZIP code, project type (repair, replacement, storm damage, or inspection only), approximate roof age, property type, first name, last name, email, and phone number. We also receive your IP address, browser type, and submission timestamp from our hosting provider.

We do not collect your Social Security number, your insurance policy number, your bank account or credit card information, or any other sensitive identifier. RoofBeast will never ask for that information, and you should not provide it to a contractor before you have agreed on terms in writing.

What we share — important

When you submit the form, we share all of the information you provided with up to four (4) pre-screened licensed roofing contractors in or near your ZIP code so they can contact you to schedule a free on-site inspection and provide a written quote. By submitting the form you consent to this sharing and to being contacted by RoofBeast and the matched contractor(s) by phone, text, and email.

We cap matches at four contractors per request. We do not sell your information to general marketers or list brokers, and we do not share outside the roofing contractor network.

TCPA notice

By submitting the form you provide express written consent to be contacted by RoofBeast and up to four (4) of our partner contractors at the phone number you provided, including by autodialer, prerecorded message, and SMS, even if your number is on a Do Not Call list. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to texts or asking to be removed on any call.

Retention

We keep submission records for 24 months for compliance, quality control, and to investigate any complaints about partner contractors. After that, records are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

One session cookie to remember which step of the form you are on. No third-party tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling, no advertising cookies.

Your rights

Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected]. 30-day response. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah residents have additional rights under state law — same email.

Do not sell my info

RoofBeast does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Our sharing with matched contractors is solely for the purpose you requested (a roofing quote). If you still wish to opt out of any sharing, email [email protected] with subject "Do Not Sell" and we will flag your record.
